Acupuncturists have been an integral part of my team of health practitioners for twenty-five years. Following a severe spinal injury twenty-seven years ago, and two years of not responding to traditional medical treatments, I made the decision to try acupuncture. My body was very conducive to acupuncture and I have continued to seek treatments, supplemental to those prescribed by my integrative medical team. When my original acupuncturist moved out of state ten years ago, I was referred to Qiying Jiang. Qi is a highly skilled, compassionate and pragmatic practitioner who listens carefully to the symptoms being presented with a certain malady and doesn't make judgments on the basis of excluding traditional practices. I have received treatments for everything from a back issue, to headaches, bloating, kidney and bladder episodes and general age related problems and have committed to treatments and herbal regimes in conjunction with the acupuncture. Not only have I had wonderful success but my time spent with Qi has been relaxing and a treatment in itself for the daily stresses we all face in life. I highly recommend acupuncture, but mostly Qiying.
I have been going to Dr. Jiang for sixteen years. During this time, I have dealt with knee pain and have not had to have surgery. When I started acupuncture, the orthopedic surgeon suggested for me to try since he felt I was too young for knee replacement. He said it would give me a couple of years before it was necessary. The time has stretched way farther than a couple of years! I could not be more pleased with Dr. Jiang. She is amazing! I am lucky to have found her. I have recommended her to many of my friends who have been just as pleased as me.
